There is no shortage of people telling you to "stay current on AI." There is a shortage of anyone actually filtering it for you. This is my working list of podcasts, newsletters, communities, and tools that I personally use or recommend. No filler. No fluff. Just what earns its spot.
Rajeev knows the industry and knows the tech, and that combination is rarer than you'd think. This is the one I actually open when it drops.
Marki was using AI in her business before most agents knew what a prompt was. If you want to learn from someone who has been doing this longer than the hype cycle, start here.
Two CEOs who actually say what they think. Covers where the industry is heading and does not sugarcoat it. Good for agents who want more than market update fluff.
Same quality as the podcast, delivered to your inbox. Subscribe to both -- they cover different ground.
Five minutes every morning. Not real estate specific but that is fine -- understanding AI broadly makes you better at applying it to your business specifically.
I do not pay for the full subscription but I bookmark the tech tag. It is the first place I check when I hear something is changing in our industry.
It is big and it can get noisy but the search bar is your best friend. The AI and tech threads here are some of the most honest agent conversations you will find anywhere.
The blog is better than most people realize. More depth than the Facebook group and easier to navigate when you actually want to read something.
Free, real estate specific, and written by someone who actually uses them. Grab these before you spend an hour trying to write your own.
Search by what you are trying to do, not by tool name. Saves a lot of time when you have a workflow problem and want to know if someone already solved it.
Good for comparing tools side by side. Shows pricing upfront, which I appreciate. I do not like clicking through five screens to find out something costs $99 a month.
This was my first stop when I was an AI infant and it is still worth knowing about. Thousands of custom GPTs built by other people, ready to use for free. Why spend an hour building a prompt when someone already did it for you? Search for real estate, listing descriptions, CMA, anything. You will find something useful in about two minutes.
Three things worth knowing about here. Their blog has some of the best practical AI writing content on the internet. Their free AI tools are genuinely useful for content and email. And HubSpot Academy has free AI courses that are actually worth your time. None of it is real estate specific but all of it translates.
Rajeev's structured program if you want a curriculum rather than just a podcast. Keep an eye on it as it builds out.
Where I go when I want to know what the big brokerages are actually doing with tech. Their annual Newsmakers list is also a solid way to track who the industry actually considers a credible voice.
Most agents do not know this exists. Free with your membership and more useful than NAR's reputation for tech would suggest.
Where I go when I want to understand the broader proptech landscape: what is being built, what is being funded, and what large brokerages are actually adopting.
This list is a living document. If you have found a podcast, newsletter, or tool that has genuinely changed how you work, send it my way. I review every suggestion and add the ones that earn it.
